Letters to the Fraternity

Below, you’ll find some of the thank-you letters we’ve received from organizations within our community.

As Service is one of our 3 cardinal principles, we heartily enjoy reaching out to those in need.

Event: ACC Crab Feed

THANK YOU so much to your group for helping at the ACC Crab Feed! We’d love to send out a Thank You to the group. Your group was actually supervised by ACC’s Chief Operating Officer (Bill Clearwater) and the Program Director of Meals on Wheels by ACC (David Morikawa) – in other words, two of the head honchos! They were thoroughly impressed with the group and would like to send a Thank You card!
Thanks again! Please send my warmest thank you’s to the rest of the group.

Dear Volunteers,

A huge thank you to everyone for participating in the Arboretum plant sale on Saturday. It was a huge success and thanks to your efforts, we were able to make strides towards our financial goals for this spring. With the funds, we’ll be able to support staff, programs and outreach at the Arboretum. I hope each of you can feel proud of your valuable contribution!
I look forward to having the pleasure of working with many of you in the future. Thank you for your willingness to work hard and help give back to the Arboretum!

Sincerely,
Missy Gable

Event: Blues Harvest Fundraiser

Dear Mr. President and Service Director,

On behalf of Friends of Adult Day Health Care, we would like to thank you so very much for
volunteering at the 11th annual Blues Harvest fundraiser on November 2, 2012. The volunteers were
wonderful, worked hard and really helped make this the best event ever. We really could not have done
it without you. This year’s event attracted over 300 people who enjoyed delicious food, local wine and
Pizza gift certificate to the in support of beer, and three live bands with dancing to the wonderful tunes
of the Kyle Rowland Blues Band. The enormous outpouring of community support for Yolo Adult Day
Health Care, and your contribution helped make this our best event ever.

Your donation is so very much appreciated and will ensure the Yolo Adult Day Health Care Center can
continue to provide such an important service to our community. Thank you again for your consistent
support and for helping frail elder and disabled adults from our community to live as independently as
possible!

With appreciation and best wishes,
