HEY CHAPTER
YOU SEE THAT -------------on your right in the forums column -------------->
Thats the notes recorded from CAPS for each ExComm Position.
Please feel free to review them. It may be a lot to read so I cannot force you to read all of it, but please at least comment on the positions you feel you care about or have new ideas for. I would especially LOVE to hear from every active: quiet, mono, loud, or others(?). Treat this as an Actives Forum that allows you to talk about anything. Feel free to also make new topics about other issues you feel we should address.

Hey all,
If you're here in Davis for summer, consider playing Ultimate Frisbee with other brothers. No experience necessary. We are playing for fun. We will be playing in an IM coed league. Game play will be anytime from Monday thru Thurs from 6pm-10pm. Games will be decided by the captains (aka me).
If you want to play, I just need an email (please email derng@ucdavis.edu) from you stating you want to play, your student ID number so I can register you, your preferred time to play (Monday thru Thursday and 6pm-10pm on those days). There is a 20 person max on a team so email me early. Also, please be committed to playing for the team as we need at least 7 people each week to play.
Please email me @ derng@ucdavis.edu to register or if you have questions, comments or concerns.
Thanks,
Derek Ng

If you have not heard a brother of Iota Phi, TRUNG T. NGUYEN (Mayen Term, Spring '07), is in a coma as of May 30th, 2010 and is still in critical condition. His family does not have any health insurance so him staying at the ICU is costing them an average of 10,000-20,000 PER NIGHT.
Some of you may know him personally and others may not know him at all, but if you are a brother of Iota Phi, you are a Brother to Trung. So I ask that you help this fellow brother in at least one of the following ways:
1. Donate money to their family at this site: http://ttnfund.weebly.com/
2. Join the Facebook group to learn more about his situation http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=122233737814479&v=wall
3. Watch this video and support it by clicking the “LIKE” button http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S3R6JEl0x70
4. Keeping him in your prayers and spreading the word to family and friends.
Any of these options help support your fellow brother. Some of you may feel uncomfortable donating money but at least spend some time to spread the word to others about his situations and sharing the video to others because each little action we take can help him in ways we cannot imagine.
As all of you have learned in the Scouth Oath “to help other people at all times”. Please stay true to that oath, and help Trung T. Nguyen.

President
